Weekend Wedding

My good friend Lisa Gibbons, now Lisa Trythall, got married on Saturday. She could not have picked a better day to get married. These girls are also really good friends. Next to me is Natalie Cottle, then Elise Dixon, then Lisa Arnell. It was so fun to catch up with these friends. We spent almost the whole day together and laughed and reminisced about our silly high school days.

Here we are with the bride and groom. I had not yet met the groom but after the wedding I could tell he's just perfect for Lisa and needless to say he is one lucky guy. Lisa and I met when we were sophomores and later were roommates at Ricks and BYU Nauvoo.

After the luncheon, Natalie and I went shopping for a honeymoon package for the bride and groom...we totally hooked them up. Jim, You're welcome. We asked Jim for the keys to his truck to make sure they took the gift with them. I have to say, it was really good of him to give his car keys to two complete strangers on his wedding night...what a guy.

I love going to weddings...I always feel more romantic and lovey-dovey afterwards. Thanks Lisa Arnell for the pictures.

Care-bear....I just stinking love you. I had so much fun and have decided that since we both live like an hour from each other that we should make it a deal that we go shopping once a month like we did. Okay maybe not for lingerie, but something funner (don't tell Mark) :) I love you so much and am so glad that we are the kind of friends that if we don't see each other for a year and a half and then get together-it's like we didn't miss a beat. You are such a cute girl--with darling kids and I just love every second with ya. Thanks for such a fun day. And tell Shane thanks for chatting with Mark so us gals could reminise...love ya girl.

Cute pics Carrie. Did you get your dress from Down East? I tried one on like it but different color and it was so cute! Hey good talking to you today.

Hey Carrie-Can you tell Jade I'm sad I can't check her blog anymore since she made it private? Can you tell her my email for me?

Carrie! I love that you, Natalie, and I all had the same pics on our blogs! It was so fun to be able to hang out with you guys! You and Shane seem like the perfect couple for each other!
We'd LOVE to get together in May! We'll be in UT from the 6th-19th, with a little trip to St. George thrown in there some time. I'll let you know when we figure out the details.
